4HR CEREMONY

Wedding packages include a 1-hour pre-wedding photoshoot. The photographer and client will have an agreed time for the pre-wedding photoshoot.

1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

No travel expenses will be incurred for locations within 15 miles of the photographer's studio location. Travel arrangement will be discussed with the photographer for locations outside the 15 miles radius.

2. Do you help with planning our engagement session?

Yes, the photographer and client will have a one-on-one meeting or communicate via an agreed-upon mode of communication to plan for each session

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

If the Client requests to reschedule its session on account of illness, emergency, act of God, or any cause outside its control, the retainer will be applied to a rescheduled session provided that notice is given at least 2 weeks before the scheduled PHOTOSHOOT (or reasonable notice in the case of an emergency).

An additional $50 rescheduling fee must be paid by the Client on making a rescheduling request, and PHOTOGRAPHER will be entitled to retain all amounts paid under this contract until the rescheduled PHOTOSHOOT.

If Client cancels this agreement, giving less than 24 hours' notice before the date of the PHOTOSHOOT, or fails to show on time, all payments made to PHOTOGRAPHER will be forfeited.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

All photographs will be shot in digital format. Digital photos will be made available in a private online gallery for download no later than two weeks after the shoot date or four weeks after a wedding ceremony. Photos will be delivered as high-resolution JPEG files in an online gallery. RAW files will not be provided. When the online gallery is delivered, it shall remain open for 14 days from the delivery date. Requests for additional photographs or changes to images shall be made within 14 days following delivery of the online gallery.

5. Do you have a recommended videographer?

The photographer can recommend the services of a videographer, but this will be outside the signed contract with the photographer; hence the photographer cannot be held liable for any issue with the videographer.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Yes, poses are highly suggestable by the client as long as it falls within proper exposure.

7. Can we meet before the session?

Yes, the photographer and client will meet in person on an agreed-upon day and time. Please notify the photographer if the meeting has to be rescheduled or canceled.

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

Final edited images will be provided within a week of corrections made to the edited images provided by the photographer
